Enjoy the ultimate old-west experience on Hunewill Ranch’s 117th cattle drive! Ride with the Hunewill family for five days, covering sixty miles from Bridgeport, California to Smith Valley, Nevada herding 600 cows as they are driven to their winter range. The route follows the historic tracks of the gold-rush era Carson City stagecoach road through some of the most spectacular country in the west. After a satisfying day with the herd you will return each night to the ranch for a hot meal and a warm bed. You must have intermediate to advanced riding skills to participate in this drive. The cattle drive takes place rain, snow, or shine, so be prepared for all types of weather!
You will arrive Saturday for dinner and depart Saturday after breakfast. Rate includes meals, horseback riding, and lodging.
